Returning to where we last left off.......
"Okay, let's start this off, Luxray!" Monty said, throwing his Poke Ball to reveal a strong looking Luxray. As if to show off, Luxray made his fur crackle and spark with electricity.
"Alright, Glaceon," I yelled, "let's go!" I threw Glaceon's Poke Ball. He decided to show off a bit as well, cooling the air around him and creating a small snowstorm around his body.
"Luxray, start this off with Crunch!" Monty yelled. His Luxray opened his mouth to reveal a large assortment of razor-sharp teeth and charged at Glaceon, who dodged nearly all of the bites. Luxray managed to get a couple of bites on Glaceon, but they weren't anything to worry about, really. Just slightly hurt, but Glaceon could take more than a few bites, and I knew that. Glaceon knew it, too.
"Okay, Glaceon," I said, "Ice Beam!" Glaceon created a freezing cold bluish-gray energy beam and shot it at Luxray, who moved quickly and managed to avoid it, but G

I left the Pokémon Center, Carter right behind me. He had made sure that there was no trace of the tears he had shed in the room while I had told him about that sad, sad day back in Hoenn. I was still a bit depressed myself, but I quickly went to the amusement park to forget the old memory. I was immediately lost in the small crowds and the different facilities around the area. The first thing I went to was to the Ferris Wheel. I waited in line for a long time, and I managed to get on after a while of waiting. But right as I got on, a park employee stopped me.
"How old are you?" he asked. I sighed. People always ask me that because I look a bit older than I actually am, because of everything I've been through. Intelligence, what is that? Are we slaves by it or just users? Lets think about it. We are grasping everything what is important for as, aren't we? But what about others? Are we satisfied by their decisions or do we want to bend it because our intelligence said so. We portray ourselves as saviors, as someone who knows better than the others. We think of us as the "good" and others as the "evil". We want to control them, to minimize their freedom. We make them choose by our will, because we think it is the best for them. Is it really?
